H S1 StarBought a new build and ordered the carpet upgrade package.
Carpets were flat within weeks and looked years old Tuffs pulling out and looking plucked. Had to deal with manufacturer as Saint carpets wouldn't comment. Totally unsupportive dont recommend . Appalling customer care.Tuesday 1st August 2023

Ross Selby5 StarI don't usually post positive reviews as I expect good customer service; it should not be the exception for anything you purchase! However Saint Flooring have been fantastic so I am writing. We are in a 4 year old new build property where Saint Flooring installed carpets and tiles across the whole house; one minor issue when we moved in and it was fixed in one week - great! 4 years later our new puppy decided to chew the bottom step in the hallway leaving a nice hole in the carpet. Despite the carpet being discontinued Steve (Winsford Office) spent time sourcing an end of carpet that will allow me to repair the damage rather than replace a huge carpet in the hall. stairs and landing! Totally went out of his way to make that happen. Good old customer service - love it!Thursday 2nd September 2021
Philip Matts1 StarDon’t bother! Bought a new build from a very reputable company and the flooring we chose was flat like it had been down for years. Had the stairs and landing changed, I noticed that it wasn’t right. I notified the fitter he agreed and told me he would explain to the office. He didn’t! I then got back in touch with the builder to tell them of my dissatisfaction and that it’s shocking, the contracts manager came out and agreed there was a difference and took photos on his iPad. When I got a call from the customer care team at our house builder to say the case was closed there was no further action to be taken, I was absolutely livid. I had spent a lot of money on carpet in my first home and now I have to save to get it replaced. Terrible company poor service and will do anything to sweep you under the carpet.Tuesday 17th May 2022

Paul the fitter arrived exactly on time as promised and did a fantastic job laying new flooring in our dining kitchen and a fitted door matt. He was polite, friendly and took real pride in his craft.
