My Ragdoll cat Tinkerbell looks absolutely beautiful after her groom with Sammy. It is easy to see Sammy loves animals and my cat was well cared for and is now completely knot free. The prices are very reasonable too. We will be returning for Tink's Summer groom :)

I have been there twice now and it was lovely first time but now i have asked to cut my Pomeranian a bit less than usually as winter is coming and i just want his hair not to fall too much.(asked to cut al the fluff which will be potentially coming out) To be honest at first i didn’t even realised much difference after the service and i was charged even more than agreed before as apparently he had too much fur- not too sure why this wasn't the case the previous time..anyways my dog is loosing his fur like crazy so obviously the length is not good and i just wasted £30. Totally disappointed as now i am going to have a loong winter with my dogs hair everywhere. Don't think am coming back..
