Incredible service! For anyone interested in the service provided when purchasing or selling a home, Sanderson James in our experience were impeccable. Dougie and Louis dealt with all our query’s in a timely manner and not only that they went above and beyond to keep us updated by chasing solicitors regularly. Plenty of experience in the team and understand how hard it can be when working with solicitors. Thanks for all your hard work and helping us find our new home.

This letting agency takes a lot of time to respond to any issues reported by tenants. But the biggest issue is their lack of cooperation after the contract is terminated; tenants' contents insurance company was not aware of my contract's termination up until six months later and Sanderson James explicitly refused to cooperate to get this issue resolved.

Fantastic experience with Sanderson James!! Especially my travel agent - Louis Cave. Communication was excellent, went above and beyond to have all my queries, questions and concerns addressed. Didn't have to wait more than a day for a response via email and were great with frequent updates. Was able to move in to my new house as a first time buyer with confidence. Would definitely recommend going through this estate agents for any property purchases! Thankyou sanderson james.

The staff are really nice, patient and honest. As I am a newcomer to the UK, I am always overly worried about everything and sometimes a bit annoying. The staff still answer my queries patiently. I truly appreciate their help especially Damian!
