SBC Damp Proofing - Damp Courses & Damp Survey Contractors

We had a damp issue and were expecting a Surveyor to come and survey our House,as part of the sale process,I telephoned SBC on a Monday morning, to ask if they could help,they came within a couple of hours,confirmed where the problem was and said they would do their best to help,they started the job on the Wednesday morning and by Friday the work was complete,the Surveyor came the following Monday and found no problems. I have to give a big thank you to SBCfor the professional and efficient service they provided.If anyone has any problems I thoroughly recommend this Company. We had a damp proof course done by SBC and from start to finish we couldn't have asked for more. SBC came and gave a fully informed quote free of charge and was able to do the job within 2 weeks. Each day i came home to minimal disruption as the workers cleaned up each day which I never expected of them. He kept me updated throughout the day whilst I was at work. Excellent service from start to finish, we'll definitely be using SBC for any further work needed. Couldn't recommend enough!

George was a really great guy, gave us great reassurance as to the issues and the extent of them without undue panic and outlined clearly causes and remedies to the situation, I would not hesitate in using them when and if the time comes. I have had numerous 'cowboys' he give quick fixes that never work SBC seem thorough and highly comepetent than anyone else iI have had dealings with.

George and co were really good. Realistic time frames given and stuck to based upon their other work load which was fair. 30 year promise also given to return if the damp returned which was peace of mind. Would use again and recommend.
