Poor experience. Paid £80 to get car fixed. Still didnt work. Tried to sort it out on the phone. Didn't want to know and was extremely rude. No intention of ever going back again. Sorry but rudeness over the phone is no excuse

I recently purchased a golf MK6 R from these guys . Absolute brilliant service from start to finish. The car was sold in A1 condition. Bought an Audi A5 from them. Car was prepared very well for the inspection and the guys working there were very professional and friendly. They provided service history and receipts of the car and all the work they had done. After a month I had an issue with the car, and they were willing to fix it for free or cover the parts if serviced somewhere else. I would highly recommend their garage, cars and service.

I needed honest guys who do honest work (for honest cars..) I got to Sedgley garage by recommendation as I was new in Manchester. And I never thought about going anywhere else again. I am amazed by their dedication and "outside the box thinking". They found solutions for my Jeep which ensured top quality while saving me some real money, at the same time. I am happy doing business with them every single time. Those guys are honest, hands on and incredibly helpful!! I can recommend everyone to go there, talk to them and see what they can do for you.
