Don’t take kids here. Booked in for a haircut for my 6yo, hoping that she’d get a proper haircut. On arrival, was told the slot was only 15 minutes and that they were prepared to either do a dry cut, or a wet cut but not dry the hair. Not willing to do a full wet haircut. Hairdresser then did the haircut in a rush. Took child home to get hair dried, at which point it became apparent the hair hadn’t been cut evenly (see picture). I was quite clear about it being a child’s haircut when I booked - I’ve no problem with a salon saying they don’t do children, but to accept the booking and do a bodge job speaks to poor standards and a lack of pride in your work. Avoid.

Wow! Just had my hair done today by Amy and she was fantastic. Really friendly and polite, I am so impressed! She took her time to make sure my colour was right and even curled it at the end. My hair is perfect, I absolutely love it, thank you x

Can’t wait for Serenity to open again. It’s a fabulous salon, all the girls are lovely, friendly and brilliant at their jobs. Lovely relaxed atmosphere and you are made to feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door. When allowed to open through Covid, they had everything in place to make their clients feel safe. I love this salon and i’m already counting the days for it to reopen. The name is so spot on - it's a lovely chill time, such a happy atmosphere in the salon and the stylists are wonderful. There are lovely touches, with a fabulous head massage and pin curls if you want you want your curls to last for special occasions. I always book in if I'm off to an Awards or I'm hosting an event. You always feel 100% better when you leave and get lots of compliments for your hair. They are also fully Covid compliant and it's spotlessly clean. Sarah's done my hair for over a decade now, but if I can't fit in with her, all the other stylists are fabulous. Our viewers always spot when I’ve had my hair done. Thanks Sarah & the team X
