Bernard Pavlovich5 StarAfter crashing and nearly killing myself on Jacobs Ladder I munted my big gear when I had to lever out a stuck chain. Limped into Sett Valley and was there at opening time. They dropped everything, sent me off for coffee, straightened the big gear, reset derailier, and tuned gears. I think they even improved my brakes without being asked. Job done, ahead of booked work and I was off to continue my arm wresty with the Pennine bridleway!!! Well done, really appreciate the customer service.Friday 17th June 2022
