Disgusting place! My nan was placed here in an emergency situation, I'm so glad we got her another room at a Bupa care home! After witnessing a member of staff challenging her for eating chocolate eclairs! Filthy! Stinks! and cell like rooms!! Wouldn't send my dog! Within a couple of weeks of being there my mum recieved a phone call from staff to let her know they had lost my nan! Staff were out in storms looking for her so I don't know who was looking after the other residents? Police were called who within half an hour found my nan hiding in a wardrobe in another residents room! I witnessed residents walking round looking for a toilet and staff sat reading magazines and shouting at residents!

After something being brought to my attention this home has let me down I only give it a 1 as I had to leave my review if I find out my family member has been mistreated then I will seek further advice
