I would like to thank Alison and her lovely team for looking after my granddaughter and myself yesterday. My cut as always is fantastic and I can blow it myself with no trouble. Izzy was treated like royalty, each team member helped with her long hair. She was first put at ease by the lady who washed her hair. She then had 2 ladies brushing her wet hair, cut and styled by Alison and then straigtened by 2 ladies. I expected to pay the same price as I had paid but no, I was only charged for a children's cut. Fantastic service by a fantastic team. Thank you she will definitely be back and she has now advised her mum to go as it the best.

Have your hair cut by a trained barber who only cuts men's hair here, or if you're a woman get your hair done here too. Either way you'll get a great result and friendly chat too.

Amazing service and amazing haircut as always from Alison. All the staff are so friendly. The young staff work so hard. I wouldn't believe some of the reviews on here that 19 year olds cut hair and that they charge £65 for a cut and blow. Been going here for years and never seen anyone that isn't a stylist cut someone's hair and never been charged £65 for a cut and blow. The young staff will blow hair and straighten it which is to help them learn so no problem in that. Keep doing what you are doing Shampers and it will soon be another 30 years!!

Took my daughters without an appointment, because they needed their fringes trimming. They immediately greeted us and were very friendly. Although they were busy they slotted us in and we didn't have to wait long. Firstly the cut was the best that any hairdressers had done, especially on my eldest daughters fringe(she has really thick hair) layered the fringe, what a brilliant idea. I will always be using Shampers like I did years ago, because of the lovely service and the brilliant female stylist who for the first time ever gave my eldest daughter the fringe that she had imagined when she first got her hair cut two years ago. Thank you
