Had an issue some months ago when I pre-paid for fuel - after payment I attempted to fill up and none of the pumps would give out diesel. I think they had run out. I'm not sure why they let me pre-pay knowing this. They were unable to process a repayment to my card despite calls by the person on the counter to their manager. I had to return a few days later to be refunded in cash - unnecessary hassle and inconvenience.

Horrible experience. This garage just lost three long term good customers for shouting down the tannoy for us to “pay first” like we are some sort of untrustworthy thieves.

Pump 5 this morning was giving no diesel. After pump authorised wouldn’t give fuel stuck on 0 although you could hear the motor. Went to pump 7 where it took me minutes to get £0.63 diesel. It was like giving me a drop every 30sec. Tank was nearly empty. At least the 0.63 was enough to get to Tesco’s fuel couple miles away and fill my tank. I could have done it there but that would mean staying 30-40 minutes.

Served petrol, wasn't the most expensive surprisingly. The sundries in the kiosk looked pretty pricey though.
