I have been using this place regularly and it's been reasonable overall, but just over a week ago I went in mid afternoon filled my tank when I tried to pay the man at the till was so out of order it's beyond belief for someone to employ such people to represent big companies is a joke. I tapped my card for some reason the card machine froze he then started accusing me of using Dodgy card in front other customers in the shop took my card won't give it to me, I asked try again on the other machine or restart your machine but he wasn't having any of it he was adamant I pay cash I didn't have enough I was in there 20 minutes before I managed to persuade him to try again finally a another customer spoke in my support then he tried and it went through as normal. The reason am writing this as it's over a week I still can't get over the way I was treated so I won't be you using this place anymore that's a few hundred a month less for shell reddish.

im a regular regular customer of shell and a taxi driver but last night 13/11/22 at around 23:50 .. i had very bad experience and its all because of a very rude staff on night pay window.. he must have some attitude problems.

Tonight was the worst experience that I have had at this place. The staffs judged people because of their clothes and a rude one took my money even before I full my car's tank. Even one star is too much for them.

Friendly staff. average price for fuel in the area. Shop is always stocked up... a couple of bargains there as well. Free cashpoint and easy access in and out of the station

Just a normal petrol station with small shop. Staff ok. Last time was there a fire engine parked next to us so granddaughters loved as firemen waved and gave them thumbs up. (I liked too)!!! Lol
