Filled up my car and grabbed a coffee, I always pay while I wait for the coffee to finish, came back to the machine and it had only filled half way, I went to the counter and said 'should I try again or get a refund' I thought he was joking when he replied 'no buy another or tuff' he said its not his problem and there's nothing he can do. It's £2.50 for a coffee, I was in my work uniform and explained that it's still his shop and I appreciate its a Costa machine, but in my shop if somethings wrong with the nescafe machine, I have to sort it, by refund or trying the machine again. It was a rude experience, and I'm genuinely shocked by his lack of people skills. I'll go to another garage from now on for my petrol and coffee.

My daughter filled up at this garage and went in to pay. The older man behind the garage was yelling and shouting at her saying she was dangerous because she was smoking and he saw her with with his own eyes. She doesn't smoke and never has. She felt intimidated and upset. Not great customer service that's for sure.

Can't fault the staff always friendly and helpful. I am just tired of wanting to use the jet wash and most of the time I can't get at it as someone has parked up in front of it and disappeared from their vehicle. I have been trying to use it for the past couple of days and each time there has been a vehicle blocking it so I can't get in. I bought a disc this morning as there was a van blocking it but it had gone by the time I got petrol as well. I went to drive back round and another van had pulled in by then and parked right in front of it! I work nights and just want to give my car a wash in the morning. Maybe a sign on the jet wash saying "please do not block access" would be helpful. Thank You.

Disgusting personel. Pump blower up with fuel and didn't stop when the tank was full.
