I have been a regular customer for a long time but after the experience I had today I will never eat from here again. I went there today after a visit to the hospital to visit my grandma who is really sick. I ordered some pizzas and wanted to pay by card. First I was told that I had to pay by cash. I explained to the staff that I have paid by card previously. He said that the stuff that I ordered was on offer so I have to pay by cash. I explained to the staff that I have just come back from the hospital and I am very distressed and my grandma is really sick. I requested that they take payment by card as an exception. The owner was present and he tried to charge me £1 extra for paying by card. I was not bothered about the extra charge but I was disgusted by the lack of empathy and understanding. I ended up walking out and ordered the food from elsewhere. They can stick their pizzas where the sun doesn’t shine. I’m going to make sure that everyone knows about this. AVOID AVOID AVOID these muppets. By the way my grandma has now died and when I mentioned that she was really sick the owner had a smile on his face and he couldn’t care less. I just didn’t want to go to the cash machine because I was exhausted with the trips to and from the hospital. I will make sure that all my friends and close family know about this situation. They will not be ordering from you again. I will make sure of that.

Shish mix platter was a let down unfortunately not sure if it’s because of my high expectations or because I spent £34 but unfortunately I wasn’t pleased with my order today and hopefully try again in a few months to see if they’ve improved as most of the food wasn’t fresh and was really bland

Brilliant food all round. You won't be disappointed especially the Pizza. Also to note the shish grill platter is amazing

This has to be the best place for food, amazing fish, chicken donner was just out of the world. Travelled from Bury and first time visiting, friendly staff, I will definitely recommend this place. Been told they have the best pizzas in Rochdale, so will need to give it a go.
