I love coming to SIN! I've never consistently worked out, only before a holiday or event and then I'd slowly stop after it was over. SIN is so enjoyable that I manage to stay consistent without a weight loss goal. The trainers are so knowledgeable and friendly which makes it a really fun space. I'd recommend to anyone!

I’ve been at SIN for around 6 weeks now, the knowledge & support from Dave & Mike is incredible. I had a hip replacement & they make sure everything I do is suitable for me, but at the same time encouraging me to push further & get fitter and stronger. The members are quickly becoming friends & since my very first day, made me feel welcome! I highly recommend anyone & everyone to come and experience SIN, it’s not a gym designed to break you, it’s designed to build a better & stronger you!!

SIN Gym has completely changed my relationship with exercise. I used to dread working out but I look forward to going to SIN. The workouts always vary so I never feel bored. The gym community feel like a second family and Mike and Dave, the trainers, are some of the best, most caring guys in the business.

Love it! After years of trying different gyms and classes I can easily say SIN gym is the best workout I’ve ever had. The instructors are so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable - they push me to get the most from my workout and I’m stronger/fitter than ever. I’d give them 6 stars if I could.
