Sirens creates an incredible community of strong gorgeous inspiring women, and throw all their energy into teaching its members how to feel incredible in themselves. All of the teachers are patient, loveable, and have wonderful teaching styles meaning a class will always brighten your day.

I love going to siren asylum. The staff make you feel so comfortable and it really is like one big family. I currently attend the exercise classes several times a week and they are so much fun 👍🏻 And the yoga is amazing! I would definitely recommend using this place if you are looking for somewhere to work out or attend classes, where you want to feel comfortable and part of something amazing!
