Flora Amery5 StarMel was fantastic, gave me all the information I needed without me feeling overwhelmed. She was smiley and friendly but most importantly that all felt sincere. After a long week I was slightly dreading having to go through all the admin but Mel made it as simple as possible. Will definitely return next time I need a car!
