Eric and the team were Fantastic! Rented a van for a few hours and on collection I was met by such a friendly person who explained all the ins and outs of the rental. Upon drop off again the team were super helpful and made the whole experience a really easy one! The van I was given was perfect! Amazing condition and drove like a dream! I will be 100% using this branch again in the future and highly recommend anyone who is thinking of using them to do so! You won’t regret it!

Rented a van for helping someone move house. Check in was easy, but had to wait about half an hour past my pickup time, even though I'd reserved in advance and arrived early. On drop off, there was a "new" scratch found - being referred to the damage team. In short, the usual experience of vehicle rental: waiting and waiting, trying to gouge you on extras, magically finding new damage to gouge you further. The one industry that has absolutely zero focus on customer satisfaction.

Great guy, swapped a day of my rental for some insurance. Stayed late for me to collect the van and had great chat. Could do with some instructions on getting to the place without a vehicle or where to park if you do. 5 days for £140 if you book a fortnight in advance, can't argue with that. If you drop your keys in the key return box and the rain starts. There is a fire exit round the back of the storage place with a bit of shelter. You can book an uber to the station for a fiver.
