Keira O'neill1 StarI'd rate this lower if i could, The customer service here at sizzling spice is APPALLING, my boyfriend found a bone in his food rang up to tell them and report his concerns, and all he's got back is screaming and shouting at him after asking for a refund because he obviously wasn't gunna continue to eat it after finding a bone. They then started telling him once he "brings back there 9 pieces of chicken he can have a refund" and then telling him not to order from there again, absolutely awful customer service in there the way they was literally shouting. Won't be ordering from here again after this experience, clearly can't handle a simple complaint without shouting the place down.Monday 11th October 2021
