I bought a car from SJM Prestige a couple of weeks ago and i cannot fault the service. Sam was polite and friendly and made the process so simple. There was no pressure to buy the car and the atmosphere was relaxed when we took my car out for a test drive. On the day of collection, Sam made the process of transferring over vehicles nice and easy and i was in and out in no time at all. Throughout out the process Sam was on hand to answer any questions, even over a busy bank holiday weekend. I would highly recommend and hope to deal with SJM in the future!

Excellent service from Sam at SJM Prestige. Having advised Sam we was intrested in the car we had seen online but couldn't get to view it for a few days, Sam kindly offered to hold the car for us. Once we agreed to the sale of the car the customer service was excellent making sure the car was ready for collection and also transfered our own plate onto the car so we was all ready to go. Would definitely recommend SJM Prestige and will use again in the future. Thanks Guys 👍

I made a deposit on a vehicle, initially they asked for £500 and i talked them down to £200. Thankfully as they never gave me the money back despite the sale falling through. About a week after giving them the deposit i asked for it back and they never did it. I then reluctantly decided to travel over 6 hours round trip to see the vehicle which i found to have a major issue (requires a new fly wheel) and asked for additional information on the vehicle. Which they never fully provided. They opted to withhold my deposit and i guess this is lesson learned! DO NOT TRUST THEM! They will take your money and no car in sight.

I'd been really disappointed trying to lease a brand new car and the dealer letting me down. A friend recommended Sam. Sam was really honest about my options and actually advised me that the cars I was looking at weren't good value and he couldn't recommend the deal. Instead we agreed I should look at a compromise for 18 months while the market got back to normal. Sam delivered a pristine X1 to me within days. I will definitely use him again.

Where to begin? You want , great customer service , put together with no Nonsense sales tactics ? This is the place to come! Just a genuine and lovely business, had the pleasure of dealing with Sam. Made the whole process of purchasing our new SVR as easy as can be, agreed the sale, just before Christmas , promised a date and most certainly delivered. Lovely to see someone in the motor trade who really cares about their business and isn’t just after your money. Real honest, professional and courteous. Will be back again! 100%
