Took my outdated laptop to Al as it stopped working thinking this was the end of the road for it and having to buy a new one.. Al got it working again and took the laptop into a new world with installing new software.. well chuffed not having to fork out for something I didn’t really need right now at this present time..highly recommend and would definitely use Al again in the future when it’s time to say goodbye to the old girl..Thanks again Al

Al is amazing. I dropped off my HP Envy laptop with him last week as it had a nonfunctional cooling fan and the casing was coming apart under one of the hinges. I really didn't want to have to buy a new laptop so I was crossing my fingers that it could be fixed easily - and sure enough, Al came through brilliantly. He had it in working order within days and kept me updated on the process the whole time. I couldn't be happier with how everything went. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone!
