Worst experience ever!!! Purchased a vehicle from the dealer and ran into multiple faults and problems with the car within a month, reached out to request repair costs to be covered and the owner displayed nothing but aggressive and disgusting behaviour. Mechanic report produced highlighted the vehicle was never to be sold due to severe corrosion within fuse box which has now exploded weeks into the purchase - the business refused to acknowledge this and when I mentioned the possibility of pursuing legal advice, the reaction was beyond appalling. If ANYONE sees this, I would suggest turning away immediately. It seems the owner is more bothered about the consumers negative feeling and reaction to the issue rather than selling a vehicle that was never meant to be sold and the omitting of correct due diligence being carried out. Horrifying customer service and empathy from the business, no company should treat its consumers like this!!!

Wasn't impressed with the quality of the cars. There's no signage,cars are parked on some waste ground with no prices on or a sales office. View by appointment only. Felt very dodgy to me. I'd be very cautious in purchasing a car from a back street waste ground/carpark.

I recently bought a great car from these guys in September 2021. I found them very honest, helpful and accommodating. I called at short notice as I had the chance of a lift to view the car that day, so they changed their arrangements to wait for me. Took it for a test drive. Windscreen washers weren't working properly so they got them fixed and delivered the car to me. Issues with my bank meant they had to wait around for ages while I sorted it but they were very patient. While driving down to Essex I found the air con was not working so called them and they paid for it to be re-gassed with no problem. I'm very pleased with the car and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

So happy with a car bought from this garage! Owner went above and beyond and helped us deliver the car as well, so grateful for the way you treated us. Extremely accommodating, efficient, very quick to respond to queries/messages, respectful, helpful, and gave us a really good deal. Would definately recommend!!

Bought my first car from them! I was nervous not knowing what to look for etc but they were great! Let you go for a test drive etc and the vehicle had all past records. I finished work the same time they shut but they stayed open and waited for me which I really appreciated, so thank you!! Great car and a great price and they even brought it home for me for no extra charge which was perfect!! Really couldn’t recommend these guys enough :) thank you guys!! The process was also really easy, no long forms or anything like that!!
