My car was involved in a hit and run and the damage whilst not massively the worst was bad and the lads have not only fixed the damaged it looks like there was no damage in the first place! I honestly can not fault them for the work and I highly recommend anyone who needs body work to give these a try. I paid them to repair a cracked alloy, however I had to return twice due to the poor workmanship of the weld and it still didn’t get completed. Due to them keeping my car for a full day each time they were going to ‘100% sort it’ it was affecting my ability to attend work and was forced to get my alloy repaired somewhere else, they stated that in their professional opinion it was one of ‘the worst welds they’d ever seen’. When I approached Smart Repair for a refund due to them not completing the work I had paid for to a reasonable standard, which is defined as a legal right by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I was informed they wouldn’t refund me. This company will take your money and despite having numerous pieces of video evidence of the work not being completed refuse to consider a refund.Monday 13th January 2020
