Abdul Khan5 StarJenny from the nursery department is an absolute star! She went out of her way to help us with a car seat we had already purchased but having issues with. Not once but on 2 different occasions.
Had a smile on her face the whole time and didn’t make us feel awkward for coming back a second time. She is a credit to Smyths and a perfect example to others on how to interact with customers with the right attitude and demeanour.

Sam Blanchard5 StarAs expectant first time parents, we went into Smyths looking for a pram / buggy / car seat with no idea what we were doing. We were helped by Zahid who was due to finish his shift but stayed with us for an extra 20 mins explaining pros and cons of all the options. He really went above and beyond to help us out with things that we hadn’t even considered!
