Snug conservatory solutions have just completed on a new roofing solution on my 10 year old conservatory, and wow - what a transformation they have done. Not only does the whole conservatory now look brand new, but they have blended it so brilliantly to the house that it comes across as an extension rather than the old fashioned bolted on conservatory. Shep and Kenny who put it all together were fantastic, polite and very efficient at what they did but took the time to make sure every detail was covered. Can't recommend this company and people enough. I can guarantee that if you decide to have yours done by them, you will not regret it. Thanks

From the initial quote to the end result I found Snug Conservatories highly professional. The guys came on time everyday and tidied up when finished. They were hardworking and did a brilliant job. Really pleased with the professional service and excellent workmanship when having my conservatory roof replaced with a lightweight roof, the height of our conservatory needed raising to improve the pitch but it wasn't a problem, our conservatory has been converted Into a year round living space, fully plastered and finished with spotlights. We had 3 quotes for the work but decided to go with Snug and we were not disappointed, I highly recommend Snug and commend them for the great job.Thank you to John and all of the team, great price , great job.

Overall a very good service from initial enquiry through to installation. The company offers a cheaper but effective alternative to companies such as Guardian who will replace the entire roof structure regardless of its existing strength and quality. After my enquiry John phoned me to explain the options available. Providing my existing roof was suitable, with some additional outer strengthening I could have a replacement solid roof with insulation that left most of the existing roof in place. Suitability was confirmed when John's colleague Eric visited and provided a verbal quote followed up in writing on the same day. We felt confident going with Snug as our questions were answered reasonably, and there was no sales patter or pressure. The quote was reasonable too. John called me with an agreed start date which was in approx. 3 weeks time. Unfortunately, completely out of the company's control, the work started a week late due to the storms in early December. The installers were friendly, polite and did a tidy job, clearing away all the waste on the final day. The job took 3 days altogether as we'd opted for the UPVC ceiling finish. A plastered finish would have been a bit longer due to drying time. We can feel the difference with how the room holds its heat, and you can no longer see your breath in there in a morning! The spot lights an dimmer have improved the lighting in there no end and have allowed us to do away with the wall and floor lighting. Rain noise is vastly reduced and the finish looks great inside and out. We noticed a leak on the guttering shortly after the job was complete but Snug came back promptly and corrected it.
