I took my laptop to Phil when it wouldn't boot, and he was able to quickly diagnose that it was a hard drive failure. Due to the nature of the failure, Phil was unable to rebuild and recover the data, but he put me in touch with his trusted data recovery specialist and they were able to do the job. Phil kindly removed the hard drive for me and charged a nominal fee for his time. Having seen what Phil can offer, I would not hesitate in returning with any computer items, and I have made several recommendations since. As soon as you walk into his shop, you can see the pride he puts into his work. It's great to know that we have a trusted computer repair shop in the area.

Amazing customer service. My laptop screen was fixed within a week of me bringing it in and to an immaculate standard. Phil was lovely and fixed it at an affordable cost! Would 100% recommend and go back again!
