Sylvia Newell1 StarAt present sad to say Sole wish customer service is appalling, I am still waiting to receive a pair of boots which have been paid for since October.They do not send your goods with a tracking number or even bother to let you know if your goods have been dispatched. Their correspondence with you as a customer leaves you wondering about the quality of their work ethics especially when they question you about their courier service which apparently they do not have which leaves you questioning the quality of their products.
