We finally sold our business on Friday after a very difficult period through the Covid pandemic, having been listed slightly before. Sovereign have been great, from the initial valuation from the very experienced and knowledgeable Matthew whose friendly professional manner put us at ease from the start, to the hard working and committed Leanne and Gavin who chased and kept us up to date throughout! We would highly recommend them to anyone selling their business. We are using them again to sell our other business with no hesitation whatsoever.

Earlier this year, I bought a bakery business and Gavin, from Sovereign, was the agent for the sellers. The sale took longer than expected and there were some tricky moments when aspects of the sale needed to be renegotiated. Gavin was a brilliant mediator, gave sound advice to both sides and communicated regularly with all of the agents involved. Due to his efforts, the sale went through successfully, despite all of the delays. I was impressed by Sovereign's commitment and professionalism and would recommend them.

We completed on our business sale at the beginning of April. It was not without its difficulties, but Gavin at Sovereign was extremely proactive in contacting the various parties involved in order to progress things. He was also excellent at keeping in touch throughout the rather long process, and we had twice weekly communication from him which increased to daily towards the end. He was instrumental in getting our business sale completed and his dedication was most definitely appreciated.

We recently completed on the sale of my MOT Station. Sovereign found a buyer within months of marketing it having previously tried another agent not to far away without so much as a viewing ! It was a long winded sale but Leanne was remarkable throughout and even kept in touch whilst she was on holiday. I truly believe the sale could of fell through on a couple of occasions if it hadnt been for Leanne's professional and determined attitude.
