I had a terrible experience at this Spar Timperley in mid-December 2020 where a staff member who usually works at the post office section of the shop was incredibly rude and condescending towards me. Shouting at me in front of other customers for waiting to be served at what he deemed to be the incorrect till. I emailed Spar customer services about this who told me they would be forwarding on my concerns to James Hall & Co. This company were supposed to get back in touch with me to address my concerns. This never happened. Clearly they aren't bothered about resolving customer complaints or making sure that their staff members are, at the very least, somewhat pleasant to customers.

This is my local post office and im glad it is! Post Master is alway so helpful and made my life so much easier when i had a million and one parcels over christmas. even if i moved i would still come here as ive had great service everytime and all the staff are friendly in there *****

I was discriminated against at your shop this morning by the usual post office worker. I was waiting at the main till to pay for one item and there was no one serving. A man joined the queue behind me and was immediately invited to pay for his paper at the post office till as "he was a regular customer". This is not acceptable and I will not be using your shop in the future.
