Seahaven Towing2 StarInitially good response but as soon as money was paid, I haven't heard anything regarding the engine which was over £1,100. Everytime I call just for a tracking number the lady on the phone says that team are in a meeting.. How many meetings can a team have? I hope it's regarding customer communication.
Now I have no idea if I even have an engine coming, and if so, no idea when!Tuesday 1st February 2022

Last Friday I arrived at there to buy a tailgate to Mazda 6. The items was too big for my car so I've asked them to send this the following Monday. I've waited for the item 6 days. Finally I came there to collect it in person. And what ?? They never sent it. It wasn't even prepared to be sent.
I've paid £50 for delivery fee.
Probably I will not see it anymore.

Matt Thorpe1 StarOrdered engine for my car, I was advised delivery would take 3-4 days which never happened. I called numerous times only to be fed lie after lie over the delivery, each time they promised delivery I arranged for someone to wait in to accept, only for it not to show up, the engine was finally delivered after 4 weeks. Once I contacted them to collect old engine there was a driver there the next day surprise surprise! Due to problems listed above I was promised delivery charge would be refunded aswell as the deposit which hasn’t happened, I have chased for over 4 weeks for the refund to be told every time that it’s being processed. Then when it finally was processed it was £50 short. I have tried to chase this many times only to be ignored, no communication what so ever. Biggest con artists ever, would not recommend using this company at all.Tuesday 10th August 2021
