Egidio D'Antona1 StarAfter a good experience in London with specsaver, I tried to use their services in Wiilmslow. The glasses were delivered with a very long waiting time and I realised that the vision in one eye was not sharp. When I went back to them they said that they don't make the lenses up to the strenght needed...but they do a balancing.
I have now a pair of glasses that are not right for me and they don't even know what they measured in the first place...I am at loss of word for such incompetence. Of course I cannot return the glassess because of this 100 days policy.Tuesday 17th May 2022
Classic Jags1 StarI have been using the Wilmslow Branch for several years and have now given up on them due to the poor customer service skills, They never answer the phone and never call you back when you leave a message. I have now decided to use the Wythenshawe branch they answered the phone within one ring and have a dedicated person to man the phones at all times.
