I think that there are so many unrecognised people working around the COVID response who are working above and beyond. We have had nothing but excellent service from Speed. And I mean that, excellent service. Please pass on my best wishes to your colleagues / drivers and thank them for their efforts. Can I just say how helpful you and your colleagues are, you really do help us massively when trying to organise things last minute. Your responsiveness and willingness to assist is a breath of fresh air and you all do a fabulous job in making ours easier so thank you :) I just wanted to let you know we have had a good reception and excellent feedback, about your delivery service from our researchers at AP. The drivers have been helpful and really quick in delivering samples and this has helped to streamline our system and ultimately produced good research results.

Worked for speed couriers now for nearly 3 years, one of the best jobs I've had. Very professional company, controllers are very knowledgeable & know most of the country between them all. Training is excellent for all new drivers, & I've met customers that have used speed couriers since day 1, all vans are tracked, & we will collect/deliver anything from a envolope to a full van. Excellent customer relations I was impressed the way they gave me a quick price and choices for delivery times and prices . Of course pick up and delivery is so impossible they did this on time as promised. I will definitely use them again .

Speedy by name and speedy by nature! The team always provides a fast and efficient service. All items arrive on time and they offer an excellent online update process so you can check where your delivery is at all times. You receive a confirmation email showing you the "signed for" box upon delivery so you can keep for your records. I have found that they go over and above to ensure the addresses and contacts are correct and items arrive by the agreed time. As a business we pride ourselves on wowing our clients and providing a high level of customer service so it's important to us that this is also reflected in the businesses that we use to support us. We have used Speed Couriers' services on a number of occassions during the last 4 years, and our experience with them is nothing but superb. Our packages are picked up on time and their staff are always extremely friendly. I can honestly say we've not had a single problem over this period - which is not something I can say of other courier companies. If you're thinking of using their services then please do so without hesitation. A sterling organisation!
