A C1 StarCustomer Service is way off. I tried ringing the store repeatedly while travelling to check if they had stock. 20 minutes trying. Walked in store to see 3 members of staff stood chatting next to phone. Rang another 5 times while 'browsing'. Phone just got looked at and ignored. Pointed out to 'manager' who was one of the staff, that i was the one ringing and why they didnt even bother to answer and she just shrugged.
