I had to use SPR autos as my friends ML had a breakdown requiring lot of work. I must say I have never come across such a helpful and accommodating auto service centre before. Sam and Paula were extremely helpful in getting the car into the garage as soon as possible. Once in I was given a regular update by Paula. It’s a shame that I don’t own a Mercedes and they don’t deal with BMW. One day when I will buy a Mercedes I will never take that to anywhere else. Price was very reasonable as well for the amount of work they carried out. Big thanks from me. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Discovered this garage a couple years ago after using the main dealers exclusively since 2013 for our services. Wish we had come across them sooner. Firstly, the staff are great. Paula is always welcoming and friendly, and the technicians are always on hand if you've got any specific queries. Secondly, every service comes with a detailed and transparent breakdown of what's been done and what needs doing. The prices are a fraction of what main dealers and other MB specialists charge. Even if the prices were higher, this would STILL be the go to place for all MB servicing and repairs. In a world where there are so many garages that exploit customers who may not know so much about cars, or carry out half arsed jobs, it's nice to see a garage like SPR looking after their customers so consistently. This place should should the benchmark for customer service and quality for all garages, not just MB specialists across the country. Would love to attach some photos of our car but it's not been washed in ages, soz.

I can not recommend this garage and it's staff more highly. Thank you so much to Paula and Simon for looking after me and my car so well. I am a person that appreciates high standards of workmanship and care. I am a meticulous car owner. Simon worked on several fairly major interior jobs inside my car, to the seat and the main heater. Not a single finger print or mark was left inside the car after all this work, I was so relieved and thrilled. The luckiest day for so so long. This is main dealer standards without the main dealer price tag, a very special find indeed. Good people inside, please be very nice to them. Very Best Regards Tim
