Church Parade – uniform groups

Monthly Church Parade, at 11am mass, for all the rainbows, beavers, brownies, cubs, guides and scouts. Please meet in the Parish Hall at 10:45am.

There will be refreshments available after mass. All Welcome.

Mary’s Meals

Mary’s Meals Christmas Gift Cards are now available. The card cost £15.90 and this feeds a hungry child for a whole year. Instead of buying cards for all your church friends why not buy one of Mary’s Meals cards for the parish. The £5 card is not available this year but they do have a pack of 3 Christmas Tree Hanging Decorations. This costs £5 and provides 63 meals for hungry children. Some good news to share! From 1st Nov to 31st Jan 2022, every gift given to Mary’s Meals will be doubled by a group of generous supporters, up to £1.6m. This means a gift of £15.90 will feed, not one, but two children, a life changing daily meal for a whole school year! Greystones and Infinity Initiatives Supporting Families

The Third World Group  supports these two worth charities, if you can help donations of: single duvets, bedding and sleeping bags and men’s toiletries.  If you are buying a new artificial Christmas tree please let us have your old one.  Contact Rob White on 338 6982 for more information.

Donations of Advent calendars and selection boxes for children would also be welcomed.

Gambia Clothes donation

Families and communities that are supported by St. Peter’s and St. Raphael’s Church send their thanks for the generous donations being provided and are asking anyone for donations of any unwanted baby, children’s and teenager clothes. Money saved by this donation will mean that families can afford to pay school fees for the children’s education.

Chamen Oakes Nursery School are in need of educational toys such as Duplo and mega blocks, Large piece jigsaws and small toys. for more information please see the flyer in the school reception or click on the link below.
