Alicja Mosiewicz5 StarWords can’t even explain how impressed I am with what Steven can do. I would get a massage every day if I could. Following my first session with Steven I felt “fixed” - my scapulars seemed to pop ever so slightly back in to their place, in the second session he taught me how to work on them myself with resistance bands. Simple but very effective exercises I have never come across before. My back is looking better than ever before and I couldn’t be happier with it:)
