Had a really great experience at Stockport Hyundai dealership with Martin Haslam. I did not feel pressured to buy a car, he was very easy to talk to and helped us get a deal that we could not turn down. He talked us through the process and we were easily able to do a part exchange on my car that had outstanding finance. Martin dealt with it all so I never needed to talk to my existing finance company which was brilliant. I would also like to thank Martin for taking a good amount of time to talk us through the car once we got it. He spent a good amount of time showing us how the system worked and answering any questions we had. From my previous experience I was expecting to get the keys and figure it out myself so I felt well cared for and that I had made the right decision. I would happily go back to Martin to buy another car from in the future. I even got a call the next day to make sure that we were happy with our choice and if we had any follow up questions.

I recently picked up a new car and was very impressed with the service, especially from Andy Harlow who looked after me with daily emails and updates about my car. Nothing was too much trouble and I didn’t feel rushed on pick up day, he sat with me and helped me to get connected to blue link and talked through the controls. I have also been invited back in in the next 2 weeks to have a chat about anything I don’t quite understand and Andy is happy to go over the car and explain controls in more detail if necessary. Very pleased with my purchase and the level and standard of care that I received. Andy is a real credit to the company.

I’m still searching for a car but in the process I have visited Hyundai Stockport on several occasions. At each visit, be it to just look at/sit in the various cars - or go for a test drive - the warm welcome, help, expertise, care and friendliness I have received has been exceptional! Special thanks to Serkan who was so polite, informative, caring and patient. He went out of his way to fit in with my schedule regarding a test drive and there was no ‘ hard sell’ which immediately put me at ease. Thank you. Also Karen - a lovely kind lady. Good listener, she put me in touch with the relevant person i needed to see/speak to each time. Thank you. Couldn’t fault any of the team...and that is reflected in the nice atmosphere I felt each time I visited. 10/10 👍😊

I was concerned I had an issue with my new car (sourced from elsewhere) and was looking to test drive another example to compare. I approached Hyundai Stockport to see if I could drive one of theirs, even though I wouldn't be looking to buy. Phil the sales manager very kindly allowed me to do this, and sales exec Andy handed over the keys to his own demonstrator so I could take it for a drive. Even though there was no sale in it for them, the guys were extremely helpful and provided great customer service. They are a credit to Hyundai!
