Shop under new management runs great. Absolute five star. They had the boots ! Anyone who knows me will tell you, that normally it takes me ages to pick any pair. I am picky regarding styles and a real terror when it comes to foot comfort. Nothing like that this time. Was love at first sight fantastic design and sooo comfy. Big thanks to the comforting owner ! I wish all my clothes shopping visits went that smoothly. Will definitely visit this place again.

Rude owner/shop assistant, afflecks is by far one of my favourite places in Manc, and I have been visiting for many years now, all the other vendors are absolutely lovely. I’d give this place a swerve as there’s plenty other independent boutiques with friendly owners. I believe it’s called the bees knees now.

DONT ORDER YOUR PROM DRESS FROM ROXY AT STRAWBERRY PEACH. we loved this shop and my daughter wanted a beautiful one off design from Roxy. It never happened. We are still waiting!!! We ordered this in February 17, prom on 7July. Plenty of time to get the dress, over the last 6 weeks we have phoned constantly asking about the dress, and was given the most ridiculous excuses I've ever heard. 'its the dress makers birthday and her husband has taken her out' was one. Then over and over 'its on the van for delivery' always promising to be phoned back, never did and when she did after calling every day she called late on Saturday. We went to see Roxy the next day only to be told she was at a christening. Again we called her the next day for her to tell us she was at a Wedding. How may lies and excuses should we hear. I'd had enough and spent the whole day trying to get another dress.my daughter is heartbroken. What should have been a very special day for her has turned out to be the most stressful and upsetting time. So it goes on. We have given up on ever seeing the dress so asked for a refund. Again, lead on by Roxy's promises. We are still waiting!!! FEEL SO ANGRY 😡 first of all my details were taken by her assistant and told her husband will do it later that evening. No. Phoned the next day. Roxy gave another excuse but would do it straight away, No. Phoned again next day. Still no payment, told me she was going to the bank at 2, No, phoned again at 3:45, 'oh. I'm just leaving for the bank now' you guessed it, NO REFUND. If you do get a made to measure from Roxy at Strawberry Peach. Tell her you need it at least a month before you actually do. You just might get one.

Changed hands ???? What about every person that has been ripped of hey !!!! It’s bin a year still not got my 280 back for a prom dress!!!!! What an absolute joke!!!!! Disgusting the management in that building they don’t care about the customers at all as long as they get there rent . So she’s finally gone hey good riddance karma will deal with her robbing thieving witch!!!!! She ruins my nieces prom I really struggled to get the money together for that dress to make it the best day of her life never got a penny back just escorted of by the police and made felt like s criminal I worked god dam hard for every penny of that cash so unfair.
