Delivered faulty goods twice and didn't even bother turning up for the final install. Communication is erratic and often contradictory.
They made and broke several written agreements, including the one to protect my health and safety- with horrible consequences.
They keep promising the return of my £1k deposit but have changed the goalposts every time. So far they have returned a sarcastic 1p to me.
Very disappointed in what used to be a good business- now completely unprofessional and rip off merchants.Friday 26th November 2021

Bills Paduk1 StarPlaced order and paid deposit June 2020, they did a shutter, but not the other two windows, skylight with electric blind, and snug-fit Venetian Blind in my Kitchen they made so many promises and excuses and never came to complete the job! One excuse was that a guy had broken his ankle on holiday, how that affected his fingers sending an email still baffles me! When I suggested after waiting 14 months that I would have to get someone else to complete the job, the new Director took a Cavalier attitude saying he would be removing the one shutter already fitted! I was always professional and respectful, but this Company has gone to pot now and I would not do business with them again! Sad They got data wrong and send out another customers details to me , and thought nothing of the fact that it was serious! I paid the final amount of the shutter installed which they got the invoice wrong on three occasions as soon as they got it correct November 2021 !! What an utter nightmare, for seventeen months. I have all emails and text messages saved to confirm all the above.
