K1 StarMost miserable bunch of staff I've ever come across! Had to travel 25 minutes to get a security tag removed due to their mistake. Despite having receipts we were met with eye rolling and arrogance and not a single apology.
Also- clearly your tags don't work. We left and re-entered the store a few times with the tag and the alarm didnt sound once. You charge enough, perhaps invest in some decent security devices and some staff training while you're at it?!Saturday 9th July 2022

Wayne Greenhalgh3 StarI went in the store specifically for the Superstar range of t-shirts with faces of deceased icons like Bruce Lee, Bob Marley & Keith Flint there were many more but unfortunately they don't stock them in the Trafford Centre store. Looks like I eoll have to trek into Manchester again & at £30 per t-shirt the pricr is a bit steep.Friday 23rd September 2022
