I would definitely recommend using this company for moving home. They came to our house to quote and explained everything to us & then sent us the quote. Once we got an expected day it was all arranged with them and on the day they turned up. The removal lads were friendly, helpful & very hardworking as they filled the van very quickly with our belongings. The same when we arrived at our new home, it was all unloaded quickly but still with care and attention with questions where we wanted things placing. When moving you want peace of mind & they provided that. Big thanks to Matt, Harry & Luke who did an excellent job.

Used Sure Move to help with our move last week. Their service has been great since the initial enquiry stage. Clear communication throughout and always pleasant to speak to. Clear pricing and service scope provided. Their colleague Michael came to our place to look at the things we need to move and ensure they give me an accurate quotation. On moving day they were punctual and made good arrangements. Our move requires 3 people and all 3 that came and helped us (Michael, Johnny and James) were extremely polite. They handled everything furniture with care and caused no damage to the properties. We did the packing as agreed and everything went smoothly. They made what was supposed to be a stressful moving day easy for us! Would highly recommend them to anyone who is moving within the area!

We used suremove in February, and had them store our belongings for a little under two weeks. We were told that we needed to pay 4 weeks storage up front, and when we had our items delivered the remaining time would be refunded. When they delivered them to us there were several things missing. I mentioned this to the movers on the day and they said “oh right, we’ll bring that by tomorrow”. They didn’t. And so began the cycle of us emailing and calling and being promised our things returned and being lied to and fobbed off. We didn’t get the storage time refunded, and we’ve been missing items for months now. Emails go unanswered, calls seem to be just lies. We’re moving on to legal action now. This is the worst moving company we have ever used. I am not even that bothered about the refund, I just want my stuff back

Do not use this company. They have both lost and broken items and are refusing to replace them, blaming me for them having been broken. Items were present and working before their involvement. My television was broken by them during the last move and they have acknowledged the fact, yet they are now trying to pass the buck. During another move they have lost my washing machine, air conditioner and other items. I will not be bullied by a company into submission due to their own mistakes for which I am not prepared to pay for. I believe the company owner is called Michael. The guys that actually performed the move are great. Accidents happen. But to leave a disabled person without a tv, that they have broken by their own admission, and to then try and pass the buck is wholly unprofessional and unacceptable. They are supposed to have insurance against breakages. Maybe they're cutting corners. Who knows. I am now worried that the items of mine that they have in their storage facility are not safe and maybe damaged. As access is by appointment only and are nowhere near me I find myself at their mercy. This is from experience. They have moved me 3 times so this isn't a one off incident. Go elsewhere if you value your possessions.

Don’t use this company if you value you belongings. There was a break-in at their storage facility which they didn’t tell us about until I queried why some of our things were damaged and items missing when they were delivered weeks later. Since then it’s been nothing but poor communication and dodging responsibility. This has been going on since December and still haven’t had a satisfactory resolution. We finally got a response from their insurers but the offer doesn’t nearly cover what we’ve lost. To make things worse, Mike has been dodging paying the excess for months (despite saying he’ll do it every time we queried) and still hasn’t paid what was promised. They might have good reviews for same day removals but when it comes to their storage facilities they’re either incompetent or criminal, because the amount of things that went missing was shocking. We’ll be reporting to the ombudsman but do yourself a favour and avoid the mistake we did - find yourself a reputable storage company because Sure Move isn’t one of them.
