THIS LADY IS UNHYGIENIC AND RUDE!! I found this lady after scrolling on Google, we arranged an appointment and she had a clear image of how I wanted my hair to look. We arranged and settled on a price for £60-80 booked for 2pm. She later charged me £100 and I was there from 2pm - 2am. She kept moving from client to client touching all the same hair at once..EATING at the same time!!! NEVER GO HERE!! She lied about the price! She couldn’t DO A MIDDLE PART, and she has a terrible aggressive attitude.

I had an awful experience at this salon, please don’t be fooled by the positive reviews like I was. I had an appointment to do box braids. I arrived for my appointment and there was one hairdresser in the salon cornrowing a man’s hair and she was clearly the only person on duty. There was no acknowledgement of the fact or apology that she was doing someone else’s hair during my specific appointment time! I was just told to sit down and wait!! To make matters worse the woman was very critical when I said I wanted to add some colour to my braids (I.e. colour 1B and 27), she said this was ‘a problem’ and she tried to claim that that was the reason the hair was going to take longer than normal. I’m not sure how that was my problem, it’s your job and your business to cater to customers’ requests, especially such a bog standard request as using two colours to braid my hair. I had to leave the salon because it was clear the woman would not be done in time for me to meet an appointment I had later that day. Also looking at how slow she was cornrowing the man’s hair, I wasn’t filled with any hope!! Such a waste of time and petrol. I’ve learnt my lesson not to trust positive reviews. I would give zero stars if I could but I had to give at least one. Please be warned!!!

I met Suzan online and I decided to make my hair yesterday at Suzan Beaty and it was such a wonderful experience, form the good customer service to the very neat environment. Everything here is extra. I got my hair beautifully done and I’ve been receiving different compliments even before I got home. I must not forget to add how fast Suzan is will what she does…she’s supper fast. Thank you Suzy I really love my hair

Suzan Beauty Unisex Hair Salon is the best Afro Hair Salon I have ever been to. Suzan is very professional, kind and listens to what the customer wants. She makes sure that she always exceed the customer's expectation. This is why I always come back to her Hair Salon. She has good product knowledge and provides good advise for Hair Extension that would suit you. Her prices are very affordable and worth the service you pay for. You get value for your money.
