Every time I order from this place, they always take so long to deliver. Yesterday took the biscuit, not only was my delivery 20 minutes later than estimated time of arrival, they forgot to give a piece of cake I ordered. My order was basically 70% Slush, why on earth would it take an hour and half to make that? I was so annoyed. The 2 stars instead of 1 is because I love the doughnuts from there and the only place that does Slush and not Tango ice blast. 😒 Edit: I tried calling twice, it didn't go through 😒

Tuesday 14th March 2023 I placed an order through Deliveroo for 2 deserts and 2 drinks for me and my partner at 21:48pm. I chosen to place this order as my partner had been down in the dumps due to loosing her Nan recently and many other factors on top and deserved a pick me up. She told me she would love a desert so here was my intentions. Unfortunately we have both been left rather disappointed. We were informed upon placing our order through Deliveroo that the delivery would be done through the stores own drivers therefore we wouldn't be able to track our order however the ETA at latest would be for 22:30pm. Time had gone by and at this point it was 22:36 so I went to give the store a call as there was no update on Deliveroo and still no food. A lovely gent answered the phone informing us that the order was already out and would be with us soon. We checked on Google maps to see how long it could possibly take to arrive with us showing it can take 10 minutes by car. Expecting minimum delays to the driver due to a quiet Tuesday evening on very empty roads we were expecting it soon. A further 35 minutes had gone by so I called the store again. This time it was by seemingly the same gent that Deliveroo was having a funny one and they had only just seen our order and that we were second to waiting in a list of orders now, apologized for our wait as apparently many are having longer than expected delays however for us not to worry as this time it really won't be that long now. At this point it is now 23:35pm. It is saying on Google that the store is now closed. With this information to hand we were not expecting to even receive our order at this point and went to request a cancellation through Deliveroo. Deliveroo informed us there is nothing they could do as the shop were claiming once again that the food was already out of store and therefore not only could they no longer cancel our order but they couldn't provide a full or partial refund. Eventually the food arrived at 23:50pm. At this point we were tired and the ice cream was almost melted and the cookie doughs were just about Luke warm now. The saving grace of the second star is purely due to the food tasting okay I suppose however nothing worth this ridiculous long wait we had experienced. This was our first time and it will also be our last. I'm sorry for leaving such a negative review however this truly was just terrible and I hope you improve your time management with future customers.

Joke of a place. Ordered deserts paid for them via just eat, waited over an hour and a half for it to never show up and no answer from the restaurant! Do not order from here!

Misold products via uber. They admitted the order was never going to be correct but they took it upon themselves to change it without telling us. The order was so late and the customer Service over the phone was atrocious. Will never order from them again

Shocking service! Ordered tonight and waited for 45 minutes, then got a notification to say it had been delayed. Half an hour later I received a cancellation notification. When I called the shop to see what was happening, I was rudely told that they don’t deliver to my address as it’s a terrace and that they’re not insured… and they said they couldn’t contact me. I explained that I had ordered previously and that they had delivered before, to which I was told to read the Uber terms and conditions? I definitely will not be ordering from here again. Thank you for replying, It’s funny how your attitude towards your customers has changed now that your response is public. Like I said, won’t be ordering again the way you speak to customers is a joke. The extortionate delivery fee should’ve covered delivery to my door, i have no obstructions for you, no doors, gates nothing. Your bone idle driver just couldn’t be bothered… great way to run a business 😂
