Great service they fit me in same day, had foot pain for weeks and was struggling to find a remedy. Having had a session with Simon I feel relieved to finally have a recovery plan. He explained everything clearly and supportivelyI felt in safe hands. Lovely friendly place.

I visited for the first time. Was met at the door by Michelle who took my temperature and assisted with the registration procedure. Ever so pleasant and friendly. Introduced me to Simon who gave a thorough examination, explained everything in detail, gave a full treatment and ordered me insoles to assist with my walking. Felt great walking home. Simon made me feel fully at ease. Vern impressed with everything and I would highly recommend 👍🏼

I have just been to Simon Horridge at Swinton Podiatry, they are very professional with precautions, temperature tested first hand gel second. 2 forms to fill out the first form is do you have any medical issues and what medication are you taking, the second form is all about covid Upon entering the surgery Simon instantly puts you at ease and immediately you feel you can trust him. When I arrived at his surgery I was in pain with my left foot and after painless treatment I was able to put my full weight of my foot down when walking and I was pain free.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars – I would not hesitate to come back and I recommend to anyone who has any issues with their feet. After my locum GP saw my toe, he told me that NHS podiatry was not taking on referrals due to COVID lockdown. Instead, he prescribed me antibiotics and told me to “wait for the redness to subside, YouTube how to do it myself, take some strong painkillers and just do my best in the meantime”. This obviously did not work and after visiting Swinton Podiatry, I wished I had done this the second it started giving me pain instead of putting up with agony for months and months. Michelle was lovely throughout and got me booked in safely after I hobbled into the building and Simon immediately knew what the issue was when he took a closer look. In that appointment he did his best to tidy up and extract some of the damage nail before packing/dressing it but if the problem continued a week later it would need a procedure. A week later the infection and pain had come back so I booked in again. 2 quick numbing injections and Simon quickly unfolded and extracted the sharp ingrown toenail that was previously hidden under granulated skin. Returned 1 week later to check on its progress and it was healing nicely, 2 weeks later and it is as if it had never happened. Having been let down by my GP, it was reassuring to be dealt with by professionals who actually care and do their best to ensure you are in as little pain and comfortable at all stages.

The Best Chiropodist Ever.. Simon Horridge is a Brilliant And Professional Chiropodist. I am on my feet for up to 10 hours some days at work, and the hard skin under my feet grows quicker than most people’s due to a high instep. I visit Simon every 3 months and I feel like I’m walking on air when I come out of his Practice. Can’t recommend him enough. He has recently moved to Wesley Street in Swinton, After being in Pendlebury for a couple of years. So glad you’re back in Swinton...!!
