False promises, never turned up and never contacted me yet I spoke to him twice last week, I’m sorry if you feel my job was beneath you because I wasn’t spending thousands. Some of us are just about hanging on. Thanks for nothing. You already came down and priced the work on Wednesday 16th June , I said “perfect” and asked when you could start, you said mon or tues again I said “great” because I had the week off. I even asked you if you would like me to pay a deposit or pay at the end either by cash or by bank transfer. YOU said you would call me and let me know and I heard nothing, you stood on the ground looking up at my roof with me stood next to you when we had the conversation. So please don’t act like we didn’t, the timing was perfect and I never had a problem with the price was waiting on you to call me to confirm either the Monday or the Tuesday even when I called you on Thursday from work to confirm and you were still non committal on the date.

Does this firm even exist? i have been trying to contact them for ages you can never get them on the phone it just rings constantly has no one in the team got a mobile ? i did manage to contact Mr Bennett the other day and he promised me his two lads would be with me on Wednesday or Thursday to re-roof my front porch,it is now mid Thursday morning,no-one has turned up yet and i am unable to contact them on the phone it just rings constantly,and i need to contact them to say i will be out this af so if you still want the job mr Bennett please get in touch or i will have to start asking for quotes again I read you were knocking at my door without reply i do live alone and you have my telephone no why did you not ring me beforehand and tell me you would be coming and i would have been in or at last just leave a card to say you had been,,trying to telephone you is just hopeless but if you want the job please get in touch with me
