Fast to get my daughter into her appointment although was a bit confused of a 2 year old not going to the children's part but the adult part instead but I suppose I would rather of not been in the children's part as the receptionist was rather unhelpful had a face on and just basically CBA checking the system for my daughter's name to find out where she had to be that was my first port of call so was a bit miffed. Other than that nice helpful people in most of the places we had to go. Very helpful staff when my daughter spilled the water tray over oops. All in all good place nice doctor 👍

11 hour wait in A&E is simply not good enough The management including Karen James the CEO need to start earning their salary and put in place a system that is both efficient and patient focused

Receptionists and call handlers are absolutely useless and rude, always transfer the calls, even then, they transfer to the wrong department. These people need to be taught manners and be given some proper training. A doesn't know what B is doing!

Pleased with my service. Got sent to a&e after I felt confused and faint after having a blood test in a neighbouring department. The blood dept ladies were very considerate and they took me to a&e. It took a while the get seen, but the a&e staff were very helpful and thorough when they did get to see me. I'm very grateful.
