Visiting from out of town, the operator was very little help asking where we were but I wasn't sure of the location besides the name of the building. Called several times only to be hung up on. Terrible service ended up having to walk more than 3 miles, and I use a walking stick. Would rate lower if possible.

The operator wasn't friendly and cut off the phone if asking to repeat what he said. Twice we rang to book taxi for the next day and no taxi came on the day. We double checked and rang again making sure if taxi would arrive and the operator said that none is booked. Quite frustrated as we missed our appointment.. zero star for their service
