Right from our initial meeting it was refreshing not to get any annoying sales talk. Mike just gave a straightforward explanation of the service I would receive & made clear the attention to detail that would go into preparing my house details plus he promised not to hassle me while I made my decision. He was also happy to conduct the viewings on my behalf which made the process stress free. Ann in the office was always helpful & cheerful & above all invaluable when undertaking negotiations with my buyer. I would definitely recommend Taylor & Wood.

I would not hesitate to recommend Taylor and wood to anyone - their service has been second to none and have exceeded my expectations of an Estate Agent. Their face to face contact has made the job a much easier one and also allowed me to obtain comfort and confidence in the whole process. Mike and his team have years of experience and are extremely knowledgable in both the housing market in general and more specifically the location they work in. They always went above and beyond my expectations and in addition were always at the end of the phone should I need them. They also replied quickly to any email queries I had. Before choosing an Estate Agent I did research on who was best for our needs. Taylor & Wood Estate Agents came out above and beyond. They have a more personal touch with a fabulous attention to detail, always wanting the best for us. They exceeded much higher levels than we expected for our house sale and for that we are truly grateful. Mike, Ann and the rest of the team are amazing. I would absolutely use and recommend to other in the near future.

Poor communication. We have been trying hard to arrange a date to view a property which requires us to book flights and staff have chosen not to reply to emails leaving us unable to make plans. Very stressful as we are relocating to the area and trying to find a property. Staff very unhelpful.
