This guy should write a business model for customer service. Attentive, knowledgeable, funny, generous with his time. I went in unsure of what I needed, I came out so happy with my purchase. Whilst I was in there a previous customer popped in for something... he knew exactly what she needed before she even spoke! Unreal. The shop has a great vibe. He deserves every success. TE Vapes is the only shop you will ever need, Steve is always helpful and really knows his stuff. He really is a genuine bloke who can't do enough to help you out. I used to shop anywhere but now i've find TE Vapes with there unbeatable prices and helpful staff i will definitely be only shopping here from now on!

Ignore them one stars; I've known the owners since they opened they helped me quit smoking for 19 months! And bought practically every flavour liquid and bought plenty of ecig battery's and toppers. It's a great shop can talk to them for over 2 hours( well I do). They're good at what they do! And that's a solid fact!

excellent customer service quality liquid. I came to T E vapes just over 3 months ago now. liquid is a little bit dearer than what I used to pay for but you get what you pay for and as long as this shop is here I will continue to shop here. thanks Steve keep up the great customer service.
