Arrived at 10:55pm (closes at midnight) but it was shut, clearly problems with staffing. Used station back towards Manchester 0.5mile away.

Not waiting, drove straight into a vacant pump. Could do with bags to put on the hand used to fill up with. There was an irate customer who drove behind a driver whose passenger had filled up, gone to pay & she was waiting for their return. Irate man opened his window & told her to move on as well as pipping his horn. When this lady informed him she was waiting for her passenger the ride man told her to shift to the kiosk. There were empty pumps available so why didn't he shift to one of them. The lady stood her ground, GOOD GIRL

Tell you 24 hours...and charge you a £1 for putting your card details in then find out the pump is locked ..Charged gor no fuel..

Clean Your Ride

Disappointing as there are no signs to tell you that the pump you're at is a pay at pump only pump. So you queue up, eventually get to the pump, get out to see its pay at pump only then have to exit the forecourt to come back on again in a different queue for another pump. Staff when told weren't bothered and just said "Yeah a lot of people have complained about that"
