clear as mud that you cant pay the cashier for fuel at certain pumps. Each pump should have a clear sign before you get to it. Also no contactless.payments for fuel in 2023 is bizarre.

Absolute shambles this petrol station not only has it NEVER EVERRR GOT DIESAL atalll the tyre machines are card only so if your in an ergancy and don't have card ya stuffed and same with diesel never ever have it absutly ridiculous petrol station

If you want a helpful experience from Tracey at this petrol station you will not get that, I waited 25 minutes for a receipt albeit that was from yesterday, was told ok wait and you will get it. After 25 minutes Tracey says "I can't get it go to main store hopefully they will get it sorted for you" also said "I don't work for Tesco I work for the petrol station" There was a real lack of professionalism, raised her voice and had a poor attitude maybe the worst experience I have seen for someone who works in retail when all I wanted was confirmation that if I went to the main store I would definitely be given a receipt since I had done the run around after customer service on the phone said go to the petrol station to get it sorted. Well needless to say this could not have been further from the truth. If I can't get a refund that's fine but I won't accept being spoken to in this manner so I'm glad I told the truth to her face and will be taking this further.
